About Us - Introduction

By implementing the "Securities Market Act of the Islamic Republic of Iran" on November 2005, investment advisors found a regulated legal platform to participate in Iran’s capital market as a financial entity in order to provide their services to individual and institutional investors.

Based on the "Securities Market Act", establishing financial entities in Iran’s capital market needs a registration process by Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO), which monitors the established entities’ activities.

Nikigostar Investment Advisor, registered under number 405706 by Tehran’s Company Registration Office on 1 June 2011, and received its activity license from Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization on 23 August 2011. The company’s total paid capital was IRR 40 billion at the end of the last financial year (20 March 2017).

Nikigostar is licensed to provide investment advisory, financing, listing, portfolio management and training services in capital market to its clients.
